Patudu or Riekoj is a very famous dish of Western Terai, Rupandehi Nepal. Today My Wife is make special dish in our home this monsoon season. this traditional dish make is very simple. near river side some green leaf of tubers (karkalo ko paat) & pest of pulses. this pulses mix salt & other ingredients, rool leaf few minute rost.

Thanks for sharing it, my favorite I don’t to make so always buy readymade from snack shop. But want try it at home. Beautiful photo it looks yummy here I get with white Til on it.
