Back again. It´s been a while… slammed at work but always missing you lots! Wanted to share a dish I tried today with great results!
I tried this dish today and I really liked it. It is a combination of pastries with anticuchos in huancaina sauce with a slight itch. Typically pasta and anticuchos are eaten separately, so I found it interesting to try this fusion. By th way, anticuchos can be made of any type of meat, the most popular are made of beef heart. Huancaina sauce is made with fresh cheese and yellow pepper. Evaporated milk and oil are added to form the semi-liquid consistency it requires.
Hello. Welcome back. It looks very delicious. I think that the sauce, cheese, and beef of the soy sauce taste match and are very delicious. I am hungry. Thank you very much. Regard
@Ant_Bad_Yogi thanks my friend! It´s basically pasta with parmesan cheese, garlic, peppers and anticuchos… the combination just perfect in my opinion, slightly spicy but great! what are your favorites dishes???
@marcorp Thank you for your reply. I see. A bit spicy is perfect for me. I like spicy dishes. Here is the latest dish I like. You may read more about it here.
Thank you very much for showing us this awesome dish! I love this type of creamy and cheesy pasta. I searched for anticuchos and I found out that it’s marinated meat, right? So this is going to be really delicious combination!
This dish reminds me of a really good creamy risotto that I had recently at Garden House. It’s with seafood, zucchini and a similar yellow sauce:
