Pasta with arrabbiata sauce

How many posts have I made about Italian pasta until now? Maybe sooo many, just like posts about Chinese food! Pasta with walnut sauce, cheese & pepper, basil pesto sauce… there are so many recipes to talk about.

In this post, it is shown pasta with arrabbiata sauce. It is good for people who love spicy taste (even if, for those like me, already used to much more spicy levels like those of authentic Chinese food, arrabbiata pasta is all but spicy). Arrabbiata sauce is made with tomato sauce, peeled tomatoes, garlic, salt and EVO oil.

And to enjoy a even more tasty arrabbiata pasta, now I am used to order in Italo-Chinese restaurants (Chinese restaurants which make also Italian food, I would add they make it also good). In these restaurants, it is enough to ask for “much much much spicy arrabbiata” in order to get a super-spicy arrabbiata that even an Asian food addicted like me can still feel burning in the mouth. The original arrabbiata sauce, anyway, is not much spicy for people who are used to much more spicy dishes, as Italians do not usually like too much spicy dishes. Spicy or not spicy, arrabbiata sauce is really delicious… but if more spicy, it is even more delicious for me!
