part 3. Barcelona At Night . Singing fountains in the square of Spain.

It was Friday and my day of arrival from the cold of Minsk. For me, it was a kind of escape from myself. I needed to get lost in Barcelona to fully immerse myself in it. I saw the Sagrada Familia, but so far my soul was empty. I went to my apartment in Plaza Catalunya. The hostess reminded that Singing Fountains are opening today and you can easily get there by metro. I changed into the warmest clothes I had and set off on foot! I walked for 2 hours and it was getting dark and cold. Barcelona appeared to me as a whopper that looks with a smile at a tourist with a big hole in his heart. I went and thought about the characters of Carlos Safon, who lived on these streets, were in love. I lost my way a couple of times, but I didn’t go to the subway. And then I saw a large staircase with a building at the top - and it was fascinating. Climbing up was also a great feat.I got up slowly and looked at the people who were photographed on each platform. I was interested in thinking about different stories about them. Why did they come , who are they to each other? And sniz went down, took a place on the stairs and then began the show of fountains to famous tunes. It was beautiful. People who stood closer took pictures. This event did not last long - 15 minutes . Then everyone got up and went to their hotel and apartments. I went to my room, too … I went to a Chinese restaurant, bought some terribly salty food and decided that in Spain I would cook myself.
