Hello there! I’m Paskal, I come from Indonesia and I like travelling.
Since September 2018, I live in Germany.
In 11-14 February, I was in Paris for holiday. It was a very nice holiday, I made some museums tour. And you know, the entrance to the museum is free. In two conditions, you have an EU residence permit and you must be under 26 years old.
First was Musee d’Orsay, it is located at Rue de Lille, beside the Seine River. Here the interior ofse the museum
- Musee d’Orsay -
This museum contains many of paintings, sculptures, furniture and also photography.
- Musee du Louvre -
We can also enter the Louvre Museum that contains the legendary painting ‘Mona Lisa’. This museum closed every Tuesday. There is always a long queue to enter this museum. So better to wake up early and go to Louvre.
Here is some picture of Louvre Museum
- Musee d l’Armee -
This museum is located at Les Invalides. This museum contains old armours, weapons and history about French military, especially Napoleon Bonaparte. There is also a church called ‘The Cathedral of Saint-Louis des Invalides’. Under the dome lays the Napoleon’s Tomb.
And here some pictures of Musee d l’Armee
Those were the museums that I visited and ALL FREE! Only with EU Residence permit and under 26 years old.
You can also try it.
Merci!
