Nineveh (in Akkadian language and cuneiform writing ???) was the Assyrian empire capital, it was one of the biggest cites in the ancient history, I took this photo from the top of the Nineveh wall to photograph the Shamsh Gate with remains of the walls, I created This photo by merging three photos in photoshop because the view is wide-angle.
