Paneer Pasta-Homemade Recipe

Paneer refers to fresh cheese and is used in a variety of Indian food recipes. Paneer pasta is one such dish where paneer is used as a substitute for Chicken/Beef/Meat. Preparation of paneer pasta is effortless with easy steps.

  • Cooking oil is added in a frying pan and is heated at medium heat flame, Later chopped onion is added and is stir fry till they turn brown and soft.

  • Tomato paste/puree is added to the frying pan and the whole setup is stir fry until bubbles are seen on the surface of the pan.
  • Paneer is the last ingredient which is added in the pan and all the ingredients are then saute for at least a minute.
  • When the paneer turns soft, a cup of water is added and the pan is heated for another minute and the flame is then turned off (Frying Pan 1 kept aside).
  • In a separate pan water is boiled at least 5 minutes at medium flame, Later a pinch of salt and some cooking oil is added to the boiling water
  • Pasta is then added to the boiling water and is heated for 5 minutes till the pasta turns soft
  • The soft pasta from the boiling water is separated and is mixed with the ingredients of Frying pan 1 which was kept aside and is heated for a minute at low flame and is ready to serve.

My family members especially my mother love to eat pasta very much. Most of the time we buy cooked pasta from outside. Sometimes we make it at home as well. I have a post on pasta here. Your pasta looks delicious but it seems more hot @fasi6083 Maybe ou have used more pepper. No problem, gradually it will become OK and more lucrative. Thanks for the nice post.
