Hi Local Guide’s,
Hope everyone is well. Although the whole world has stopped because of the coronary virus! Probably you are staying in house for security reasons And missing the restaurant food. I also missing the restaurant dishes. Because, I also can’t go out. So I tried to make this restaurant menu in my kitchen!
You can also try!
Hopefully, following this recipe will allow you to make light, fluffy and delicious pancakes with few simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Two cup’s wheat flour
- One teaspoon baking powder
- One egg
- Two cup’s liquid milk
- One tablespoon sugar
- One teaspoon salt
- One tablespoon oil
Let’s make it:
Sift together the flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly, then stir in the milk, sugar, and salt, and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and use a fork to gently mix. Stir until the ingredients are well-mixed.
Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes. At the end of that time, heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
When your frying pan is heated, brush some oil in it.
Pour half a cup of batter into the frying pan for each pancake. Cook until the tops of the pancakes are full of bubbles and the bottoms are golden brown.
Flip the pancakes and cook until the tops are golden-brown.
You can serve now. Add banana and honey for extra flavor’s.
Tips:
The great thing about the measurements in this recipe is that they can easily be halved if you want to make pancakes for one person instead of two. Of course, you can also double the recipe if you have a larger group to feed or want to freeze cooked pancakes for later. (To freeze, once the pancakes have cooled, place in zip-top bags with the layers separated by wax paper.
Thanks everyone
