I found this amazing place in Dubai which serves pan cakes do check out -

Ambiance: I must say its something in here different from others, as you enter you feel like digging into everything. The counter has blue ambient lighting to suit the name, they have wings on the wall where you can give your swanky poses. The entire cafe has nice graffiti most noticeable is of pink panther, wooden sitting tables, wit black chairs and cushion.

Deserts: We had been here after dinner.

Mini Pan cakes - as i love pancakes i ordered this and trust me they were so soft when bit, chocolate taste, it just melted in mouth : Must try

Crispy Crepe - Amazing in looks with nice patterns you will feel just dig in even before capturing the moment. taste was amazing, crispiness, softness were par. chocolate layer coated was amazing.

Service: The staff are very helpful, they smile, say thank you and appreciate. We also can see them prepare your food as the section is visible.

My verdict - This is a must visit place for a sweet lover, not to be missed. Will surely visit them again. Not to forget they have kind of a loyalty program where in they give you a card if you visit first time, after certain visits you get 20 AED off which is another reason to visit. https://goo.gl/maps/9chc9QQFqcH2
