This city may not be popular for its scenery. Besides being a host to the most recent Asian Games event, this city is famous for its culinary.
Well, I’m not going to spoil everyone with every food that Palembang has to offer but my favourite foods might be mie celor (a thick noodle with prawn-coconut sauce and egg topping) and pempek (Indonesian fish cake). There are many restaurants to visit in Palembang, but as starters I think you can visit Mie Celor 26 and Pempek Saga for sure. They are so good! I hope you can visit this city soon!
