We call it pateesa its sweet dish usually purchase in holy celebration a local shop name “rafiq sweet” famous seller of it very sweet and yummy in taste, bake in pure thick oil

Hello sir welcome appreciating my post your answers here mentioned below:

1- this sweet made of sugar , colour and bake in pure oil exact recipe you can asked from the shop owner as i was an explorer and buyer of this food , chewable not more soft nor so hard, both nuts and without nuts are available

2- yes i know the connect policy , here i confer you i am just an explorer and keep sharing post regarding food travel and new places if anything i did against policy then must be notified before deleting my post without ny consent my first intention always to help explorer around the world whenever some traveller visit my country he must known by good famous food famous places etc.
