A local business owner who runs a packers and movers business is facing an issue where their Google profile keeps getting suspended every time they try to create it, even though I’ve checked and all the details are according to Google’s guidelines. That business owner is asking for help in creating the profile — suggest to me how to help them.

@gmbexpertindia the best thing to do is to direct them to the Google Business help community. They’ll have experts that are more suited to handle these kind of issues

Honestly, looking at your username, I suppose you should know that already.
Unfortunately in several countries Packers and movers (categorised in maps now as “Moving Company”) is one of the category that in the past was known for a lot of abuse and scam in Google Maps, and this can indeed be the reason for keeping now the category under strict control.
But, as the category do exists and in your country is widely used, probably claiming the listing in the proper way may help to have it approved.
As an addition note, I would like to remind you that Connect is a community of Local Guides, while your username seems to recall a business activity, and joining the Local Guides program as a business is not permitted. We are happy to help you “as a Local Guide” so please correct your username consequently.
