Over two years and 6 million views later - rejected.

I have a photo that’s been up for years with over 6 million views. It just got rejected but I don’t know why. What’s my next step to getting it working again.

Hi and welcome to Connect @ccoltmanm

I’m happy to look into this for you but I need you to be a bit more specific. What exactly do you mean by saying it just got rejected? Exactly where do you see it rejected or it’s not visible? Also, the link you have given doesn’t appear to be a link to your photo. What place of interest did you upload it to? I suggest that you take a screenshot of your photo and add it here.

Hi @ccoltmanm ,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I am really sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and we will look into it.

P.S.: I also wanted to let you know that I will move your post to our How-tos board, where Local Guides ask questions and express their doubts. More information on Connect’s labels is available here.

Hi @ccoltmanm ,

After checking this, I can see the 360 photo of the link you shared available publicly. Can you confirm if you are still experiencing this so I know how to proceed?

Thanks for the feedback. Here are two screenshots showing what I’m talking about.

Thank you for that. I did include photos in a previous reply.

This 360 is still labeled as rejected and is blank for me.

Hi @Bobiisha and @ccoltmanm

When I click on the link shared in the opening post I see a 360 photo taken by Google.

Since you are a trusted photographer, I will mention that the 360 support is no longer active on Connect.
