Yes, If your meet-up is approved then you can organize a meetup outside the community

There are different aspects to consider for this topic:

  1. As a Meet-up host, you can decide who can join, where to take place, and how to promote the event. Except on some limitation on use of Logos, etc.

  2. If you want the Meet-up to be listed on LG’s Meet-up site (which is entirely optional) , then you have to follow to the terms and conditions of the Meet-up site.

  3. If you want to promote your event using other Community’s assistance, then of course you need to approach them

  4. If you need other Community’s assistance during the event, again, you need to approach them

  5. Of course there are other considerations. Like if you want your event RECAP to be feature in Google’s social channels. To help you Community to receive support, or to make it become part of your personal achivement in your LG adventure.
