Organizing a local guides meet-up in Iran

Hello everyone,

I have followed Google blogs on Local guides meet-ups , but my question is how we can plan an event here in Iran.

We are students of university of Tehran and we would like to have meeting with other local guides interested.

Hi @farshadg , Nice to hear you’re interested to hold meet-up. That’s easy. You should know your goal of holding meet-up like sharing ideas about map, food crawl, photography and others. Then should plan for holding it like notice to time, date, location and audiences. Then use “Host a meet-up” and fill the form then wait until Google inform you about successful process.

For starting and being more familiar with Local Guides society I suggest you to attend in 2nd meet-up in Tehran that we’re going to hold on Ordibehesht 28th (May 18). Up to this weekend we’ll release more instructions in English on this forum and in Persian on Iran Local Guides website.
