This flat mountain is said to be an Aspite-type Volcano.

There is a nice road across the mountain.

八幡平、岩手山、平庭高原、早池峰山、栗駒山などなど、

wow @EIGHT_by_TEN , what a beautiful place . In winter it looks so suggestive but I saw as well that in spring with the green of nature and colors of flowers make it a paradise . Thank you for sharing . Have you ever visited Italy?

Hi @Giuseppe75 Yes of course, but only once.

About 10 years ago, my wife and I stayed at Palermo for 3 days. Then spend the night on a ferry to Naples.

We stayed at Ercolano for 3 nights and went to Vesuvio Volcano and Pompei.

If there is an opportunity, I would like to go to Pompei again.

@EIGHT_by_TEN , I agree that Pompei deserve a special visit. I would reccomend you to visit Rome and Florence as well as these two cities are fantastic. You will be more than welcome in my city Parma, it is smaller that others but it’s very charming and foods are delicious. Have a great day, Giuseppe

In Japan, Parma is very famous for being played by Japanese soccer player Hidetoshi Nakata.

I often hear the name.

Yes of coruse Hidetoshi Nakata was a great soccer player and played in Parma from 2001 to 2004
