Open an appeal on a flagged photo (not on flagged review)

Hello everyone,

I noticed a few days ago that some of my photos were flagged, even though they obviously comply with the rules and conditions in force on G Maps. Contrary to the notices, no appeal is possible when only photos are flagged.

Here’s an example of a restaurant menu:

PS: For information, I wasn’t even informed that some photos were flagged and subject to a limited audience.

The new flag started to appear to photos in EU some weeks ago, as an additional information for the users.

Actually it is not possible to appeal for blocked photos, but I hope the experience that users like you are sharing will help to move Google to provide ab appeal also for the photos. For sure this would help the AI to learn
