I keep trying to post an honest review about this place I’m living at, but it is not letting me because it is one star. This page has been corrupted, and only allowing multiple positive posts and not putting up any of the negative posts. This seems unfair.

It would be very helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply. Just hitting Reply does not ensure we get notified by email.

@MortenCopenhagen Oh sorry I’m new but yes it is all of the positive ones are there and all of the negative ones including mine are hidden for the most part

@MortenCopenhagen I meant that most of the negative reviews are hidden. Not all of them. There was no text in mine. It was just a one star rating. I know for a fact that the overall rating for this place should not be 4.5 stars. A lot are hidden
You will need substantial documentation to get the Google Business Program to take action against a business you suspect is manipulating its star rating. In fact, the system is designed so business owners are not able to remove reviews they don’t like. Only reviews that violate the guidelines will be removed.
That your rating is not showing is more likely related to the fact that none of your 10 reviews are currently public.
What is your customer relation to this company?

@MortenCopenhagen so what happened last time for a previous page, their negative reviews were hidden, and I filed a case with Google, and they just automatically restored everything that was hidden. But now, they are not responding to any of my cases. So I know that it is easily possible. They can see all the hidden reviews on their backend.
