There are two branches of a paint brand in our city, when you search for the brand name+city name (پیکو کالر کرج) only 1 branch shows up:
but there is also another one that doesn’t come up (you have to search the name in brackets too to show up):
How could it be solved?

As per the specified place naming policy, city name etc should not appear in the name of any POI.
To resolve the problem, you need editing both the places to remove the extra information.

City name is only entered in search box while searching, it’s not in the location; barackets are representative’s name.
Maps picks the one nearest you normally when there are multiples, but all should appear in search @Kia_Faraji

Even when I’m near the mentioned place, it only brings up the other one, It’s been more than a week from making it, is it some kind of indxing problem with google?

And I tried searching it in another phone, still the same, and the city name and neighborhood is entered in the address correctly.

The two places should both be called Pico Colour without any brackets. Only the name of the business should be there, not anything about what they sell.

Pico Color is the brand name, barrackets are the representative’s name (designation), used to point them out from each other. If it was something like a bank branch, barrackets wouldn’t be used.
The problem is when you search for [brand name+in+city name] which in this case it’s:
پیکو کالر در کرج only 1 branch will show up! I think it’s a problem with address indexing.
The brackets cannot be there @Kia_Faraji and need to be removed. They are not compliant with the Maps rules. Contributing content that is not compliant can lead to issues.

Could you please give me a link to Maps rules @PaulPavlinovich ? it’s just too illogical since Maps in Iran is deep in spam. I need the branch designation somewhere, with or without brackets, besides the other branch has brackets itself; will removing only the brackets do?
And since we don’t have GMB access, God knows when it’s gonna get approved, I have edits pending for more than 4 months.
And if the marker location of any place was entered wrong by someone, changing it never gets approved, never, it becomes spam.

You can’t get real help here, they’re fellow local guides, not Google staff, the problem is with the Google’s address indexing system,in-app feedback thing won’t do nothing, and that support.google.com is even worse, they’re here to tell you about the policies that you won’t actually find in Google’s official policy before doing any help, I mean seriously @Kia_Faraji is there any difference between you and a rookie? Well… Except for a fancy useless badge, did anyone ever listen when you said address/marker changing doesn’t get approved in a region without GMB access? Places that have their phone number in their storefront photo but Google is dumb to find it out and approve the edit, don’t waste your time, why would you even care?!! Leave it be… Over and out
