One World: Endless Possibilities

There are so many things to do in the world that it can sometimes be overwhelming. I love traveling, but I have a bad habit of trying to do everything possible during a visit to a new place. I’ll rush from location to location, barely even spending time to rest or eat. The people that have traveled with me have said that it can be grueling, and honestly, I feel the same way.

However, I rush because of one simple reason: I may never visit the city/country again, and I want to do everything that I possibly can while I’m there. This extreme obsession has connected me to Google Maps. I love leaving honest reviews and sharing answers with other travelers so that they have ample information to decide what they want to do during trips.

While few people share my travel habits, I think sharing detailed reviews with people around the world allows travelers to make more informed decisions to help them plan their perfect trip. Any time I visit a new place, I rely on these same reviews to help me make my travel decisions, so participating in Google Maps allows me to indirectly connect with people across the world and give back to the Google Maps community, which has given me such great recommendations over the years.

I, or anyone else, will never be able to do all of the amazing things in the world, but I think the Google Maps community empowers people to help each other make travel decisions that are best for them. I am always happy to see when my reviews or pictures have been viewed a lot because it shows me that I am really making a difference in our increasingly globalized world, and it motivates me to keep contributing.

The only thing I need to do now is visit more places so that I can keep helping people plan their perfect trips!
