Hello my friends, at the present we are living struggling times around the world, especially I miss so much to travel and explore my beautiful country (Mexico) and this opportunity, I would like to share with you one of my past trips through the famous city of silver: TAXCO.
Taxco is a small city located in the Mexican state of Guerrero, the city is heavily associated with silver, both with the mining of it and other metals and for the crafting of it into jewelry, silverware, and other items.
The city’s reputation for silverwork, along with its picturesque homes and surrounding landscapes, have made tourism the main economic activity.
Oher beautiful building is The Parroquia de Santa Prisca commonly known as the Church of Santa Prisca, which is a colonial monument. It has Churrigueresque twin towers and a chapel decorated with Talavera tiles (craft from Mexico), the main altarpiece is dedicated to the church’s two patron saints.
Hopefully soon as possible should you visit my loved country because one way to meet and learn about Mexico is throughout their people, food, and obviously their places.
@KashifMisidia Thanks a lot, indeed Queretaro City, Guadalajara City, Mexico City, are obligate places to visit, the buildings are so colossal and tell us the history of the country, and obviously you can enjoy the spicy food, especially the street food, I hope you can visit my country so soon.
