It’s a small and cosy restaurant in Al Khalideya, Abu Dhabi, famous with the cheese injection to the burger… but first let me tell you about their signature appetizers, dynamite shrimp and jalipeno poppers.
The dynamite sauce is very delicious, the shrimp fried perfectly and the crust has a little crunch to it.
Jalipeno crust is crunchy, not so much hot, and so melting from the inside.
And then comes the big boss, i had “firefly burger” with extra cheese… the bun is so fresh and fluffy, the beef is so fresh and spiced with only salt and pepper…
@Ma7moudx at first glance, I thought it was mustard or egg yolk… then I read the post, injected molten cheese. Wow. amazing. Must be quite difficult to eat without making some mess (in a good way that is)
Thanks for sharing your photos, I’ve enlarged them to make them appear better. What flavor was your burger? What other kind of tastes do they have? Would you say this is your favorite burger place in Abu Dhabi?
I still haven’t been there, but I’m putting this on my list for next time.
