#Challenge -Beat The Heat @MathanVibranarayan .
In the month of March every one can started fight with heat.Many of us wearing caps, using face mask, using sunscreen and many more to protect from harsh sunlight.So try to protect your self. every one should carry water bottle with you while travelling or walking and avoid dehydration.
In summer try fruit juices, coconut water, lemon juice.
Today I want to share with you my favourite sugercane juice.
In summer we can easily get any were.At kolhapur there is big Sunday Market where this juice we get easily.
Also I know some places where you can get sugarcane juice easily.
1.Navnath raswanti gruha khasbag kolhapur.
Here you can get sugarcane juice easily at 10 to 15 rupees.In summer it may be 20 rupees.

2.Navnath raswanti gruha gokhale college road.

This sugarcane juice is prepared by using lemon, ginger and sugercane.If you like ice in that then you can ask for ice.
In my area we can get near circuit house that is temporary open.its seasonal.

Oh great I think they add salt while giving us.but I like sweetness of juice so I avoid it

The word Navnath is almost synonymous with Sugarcane Juice centers.

This is because most of these vendors come from an area where Navnath is largely worshipped, and most of them tend to use this name for their shops.
