We’ve been waiting for many years now to be able to edit maps in Egypt. And all we get from Google is a generalized auto response like this: “we can’t fix map issues in this region yet”…

Now I need help with only 1 thing. Near my home there is a road on the map that doesn’t actually exist in reality (in reality part of it is a pedestrians stairway). That causes us a lot of trouble while asking for taxi.

Can anyone here help us mark that road blocked?

This part is a stairway:

For above part of your thread I can tag here @GeorgesHR . He will surely help you in this. Fir the rest part I can share a useful link with you. I tried sending feedback in that area and it is working.

  • Open maps
  • enter your co-ordinates(30.104470,31.384665)
  • Click on three lines at top left corner find send feedback
  • Your opinion about maps/report road
  • Select area or leave a pin
  • Enter all details you know or attach a document link
  • Send.
