Hello everyone. I will be traveling to New York City on Friday for the first time. Not really sure what to expect but I am excited! I will be with friends on my first night there, but my second day (Saturday 5/11/19) I will actually be alone. What are some fun/unique things to do in the city when traveling alone? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I would highly recommend to take a hop-on hop-off bus and have a quick 1.5-2 hours round in NY so you can get not only the general impression from the city, but also its historical information & main sightseeings to visit.
You can hop off at any station, stroll around, visit the place & continue your ride with the next bus, normally.
Must see though might be Empire state building, Central Park & Brooklyn Bridge imho ?
Enjoyyyy your stay in a great city that never sleeps ;)!!!
