Olinda, my favorite place in Pernambuco.

Olinda - Church of Carmo in backyard

Olinda is one of my favorite places located in the Eastern side of the state of Pernambuco, Brazil.

It is an historical city and the oldest town of the country listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO due its XVI and XVII century buildings and churches around.
The name O-linda means “Oh beautiful” because its panoramic view.

It has a rich culture where you can enjoy a great experience through its famous popular carnival and else. I was in my country when I saw this place on Google maps by accident and automatically I have decided to visit it. So Google maps is my tools to discover the world and enjoy the best part of it.
