Old Bombay elegant and inexpensive.

Old Bombay a popular cafe bar bistro situated close to Tambudki Bridge on the bank of Baga River. Its elegant environment hospitality attracts tourists.

I like this place very much for dinner. Goan and Portuguese aroma can be felt here. The menu is excellent and not too expensive.
I love to have continental Goan Dishes and beverages among North Indian and Parsi food. It’s an excellent place for casual dining and coffee of choice.
Food Menu is well developed and I prefer Tamatar Ka Shorba and Chicken Manchow Soups before Appetizers. Vegetarian Appetizers I had tasted delicious Mini Chilie cheese kulcha, Dahi Kebab and Kurkuri Mushroom and in Non vegetarian Appetizers I like Marghi Na Falcha, Chicken Kali Mirch Tikka with Warqi Roti is awesome inclusion.
Main course is mouth watering and I love Butter Chicken and Prawns Xacuti with Indian breads Roti and Lacha Paratha. Desserts are always my favourite and Brownie with icecream and Bengali Rasmalai able enough to enhance the complete the taste.
Kathi rolls and Doppers are there for the food lovers but I go for Garden Fresh Salad and Pineapple Chicken Salad.
Pizza lovers find Margherita, Pepper Paneer, Italian Bouquet, sausage and Garlick prawns.
In Sea food I love to have Koli vada fish, Tandoori Pomfret though rice, pulaos and Biryani are the choices of guests and part of Meenu. For vegan there are many curry items like Paneer pilli mirch, and Dal Makhni etc.
Bar menu is full of varities as Beer, Whiskey/ Single Malt, American/ Bourbon, Vodka/Gin, Rum/ Tequila, Brandy/ Cognac, Liqueur/ Shooters, Mocktails, Our Signature, Classic Cocktails, Wine Cocktails, Champagne/ Bubbles, Red wine, White Wine, Rose Wine and House Wines may surely will help to be out of all tiredness.
I prefer Bourbon and Hazelnut Shake, sometimes Mango Peppermint a soother, Green Apple Ice Tea is favourite of my wife, and I love to have a Bombay Cutting a famous milk tea styled in throughout Mumbai and a revival of my memories taking tea at Bazaar gate street. Many aerated waters to calm thirst.
Due to this vulnerable Covid19 I couldn’t have anything as this favourite restaurant is closed till 14 th April 2020.

I am grateful for your graceful appreciation and precious note, I am sure it won’t disappoint you, but it’s a restaurant a km away from the Baga Beach, and it’s situated at the bank of Baga River.
