let me share with you this exciting dinner in Saudia Arabia Madina It was yesterday in The Madina Oberoi Hotel amazing meting with a nutrition company promoting there milks in our company we start with lectures and contest and I win in the contest after that we go to main subject the restaurant it was mixed give defendant dishes Arabic, Eastern, Indian Chinese Western and Modern dishes and finaly that was my final dish in the open buffet

the hotel was Dar Al Iman Intercontinental hotel in the central zone in Medina after we finish our duties we start the lunch in Rotana restaurant in the hotel .
the food was between the healthy food made in steam, low calories and low oil or fat
and normal food also we had the sea food shrimp Tajen made in sauce The fish made in eastern way in oven also it was pat of the healthy food with mixed vegetables in steam way and the white rice
we had kozy which is rice with lamb meat made in delicious way.
finally we finished the lunch with fruits salad and some of sweets like cheese cake and we pass away thanks for your time and I hope to answer all your questions about the dishes.
