I recently received an email from the Local Guides scheme to say I had a reward available. There was a code in the email to enter, which I did after following the link - but I encountered an error during the process and my code now won’t work.
The FAQs just advise to make sure the code is correct, which I have done. Can anyone help, or advise how I can contact Google to resolve?
@m_ichelle Which browser and device did you try claiming the reward on? Can you try a different browser like Edge or Firefox. and also try a different device?
If that still doesn’t work, can you let us know which error you’re seeing? If you can post a screenshot that would be great. Please don’t post the redemption code.
Let’s start from here and we can determine if we need to escalate the issue.
