You can go here by MRT and stop at Tanjong Pagar Station, or you can go by bus, just search Oasia Hotel to your destination on Google Maps, and there are informations about bus number to go there.
there is starbuck near the location.

Oasia is a hotel at Tnajong Pagar. In front of the hotel there is a park named Tras Link Park.
I took that picture at the part of the park. It is only stairs with the plant.
