Hello, from today after adding a review I noticed a change to my contribution, specifically the number of written reviews decreased, loosing all the related badges, I can still see all my reviews on reviews list.
Is there anyone having the same problem or is just me.
Hi, I have not had this problem today. Yes, in the past I have had similar problems, but sometimes they are momentary and the correct figures reappear, in hours or a few days. I suggest that you wait a bit in order to expect this problem to be resolved automatically since it is very recent, we talked about what happened today. It is very positive that you can see your reviews in your maps account, they are, they did not disappear, the numbers can be arranged. Good luck.
Hi @ErmesT and @LuaPL by following your instructions the problem seems to be clearing now one by one, reviews number are now shown and badges are coming back one by one at a time. I hope as time goes by it will all be solved. Thank you.
Has any other Local Guide also experienced a drastic loss in points, mainly at the “Number of Reviews written”? or it’s a bug? Or I have done something wrong to be deducted those points?

Hi @selormOnray , I too have lost a noticeable amount of points over the last couple of days.I am a lvl 7 and had around 6300pts, 2 days ago. Yesterday, I noticed my points reduced to around 6100. By late afternoon my points had plummeted to around 4400 and therefore I had been reduced to a level 6! All my reviews and photos are accounted for, as are my number of views for each, and both total views for each remains.the same- which is something I guess. I’m trying not to panic, we’re not the only ones affected so I’m (semi) confident it will be rectified in due course.
Hi @Raphael-Mahumane . Local Guides with a similar issue have noticed that their reviews and their points have been restored within two days, by force a log-out on your device.

Hi @VasT sorry for the late repply. I did not lose any points, I only lost the master fact finder and master reviewer badge, and after follwing @ErmesT instructions all the review counts were restored and the related badges. Thanks.
Thanks @VasT for your interest.I have just now taken these screenshots so,as you can see, in Google Maps my points have not been restored as yet. However, I received this email update only this morning and it reflects my true, current status so I am comforted that Maps continue to have the correct information.To clarify, it is only my total LG points that have been reduced which, in turn, has reduced me from a level 7 to a level 6. I shall wait patiently for this issue to be rectified.I hope this information puts others similarly affected at ease.

Hi, points look fine now, number of reviews in summary also. The last thing which is incorrect now is lack of reviewer badge. I had an Expert close to Master, now there is none.

Hi @MoniV , My points issue still persists and what I hadnt realised is my badges have also been affected, the most noticeable is my Fact Finder badge is now Expert instead of Master. However, I have issues accross nearly all my stats. I first noticed on September 7th but the issue could have first been evident up to a couple of days prior. Seems most others’ points are restored, but mine arent yet…?
