Quiero saber cómo puedo indicar a Maps que hay una nueva linea de autobús público en mi ciudad Zaragoza. Incluso decirle las paradas que realiza la nueva linea de autobús.
Yo podría mandar un .PDF com las paradas y horarios y así ayudar a las personas.

It is likely that Google Maps has a partnership with your local public transport provider. If so, you need to reach out to them and have them add at the new bus line.
Try opening a busstop in your area. If it showns live departure times, you know this partnership exist.
If there is no such partnership, then you can not add the new bus line. Instead you could encourage the transport provider to partner with Google Maps as explained here:
