Nothing is coincidence

Those things that happen to us and mark our life, good or bad, have their purpose. And of course it’s nice when it is good and when you realize after a few years how it impacts your life.

As a local guide, who in 2015 I still didn’t know what it could be, my experience was guiding a couple of tourists (she Paraguayan and he Dutch) to get from Encarnación - Paraguay to Posadas - Argentina. I came back from the farm alone (visit my cousin) ready to buy in the “Commercial Circuit” and then cross the international bridge to see my mother. I was traveling stopped on the bus when I hear that this couple asks a person how and where to take the international train; It should be noted that in that year the train as transportation was new and amazing in our region. I couldn’t resist saying “I’m going there, I can take you there.” Even so, I was afraid because I was encouraged to accompany them completely without knowing them!

Well we arrived, I asked them to wait (my purchase) and they did and then I asked them where they were from and their names, I don’t remember their names but their faces, their kindness, their travels and a bit of their life; I felt so good talking to them, she did speak Spanish, she is from Asunción and her boyfriend only spoke English and I put the language to the test; at that time not so good but it was understood. I spoke to them about the two cities, the commerce movement, the most beautiful places and in the end they decided to have a snack at the Shopping Posadas bar. The farewell greeting is with 3 kisses on the cheeks!!! That Sunday was the most beautiful because apart from meeting other people, it was the fact that there are other places that are incredible and that there are also people with intact values, who have to share the same interests, have other points of view, including, help. The feeling of helping to be better people and creating a friendship.

So, from there I am attentive to share my photos on maps with all the care of course. The fact that thousands of people see my photos, read my reviews is interesting because we are in a digital age that allows us to share with everyone and as a local guide apart from collaborating with landscapes and events, I like to help my friends with your ventures, colaborating with your idea of having your own business with photos, directions, recommendations and reviews; We all have the opportunity to grow and also learn about the constant changes that are in the world.

I was waiting for the quarantine to end so I can record a new video and apply, but this situation continues; I hope we can all become aware and thus end this pandemic.

Thanks again for the opportunity to participate!!!

Hello @karirieszotka ! Nice post! It’s great those tourists found you to Guide them since customs control can be a bit messy in our border  do you live in Posadas or Encarnación?

Cheers
