@AriMar i have been selected for first google local guide perk and it was schedule to deliver in 3-6 weeks but it still not delivered after more than 6 weeks.

Thanks for getting back to me.
If it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “Need more help” section at the bottom. From there, select “I never received my perk” and double check that we have your shipping information correct. Our shipping team will look into it and get back to you.

@DeniGu can you provide any support ?
And i have already done this FAQ step 10 days earlier but still the problem same.

If you weren’t able to enter your unique code 10 days ago, this might have been due to a temporary issue with had with the FAQ page.
Please open the page again, insert your code, and follow the instructions I mentioned above.
Let me know what happens!
I wrote the reason many times by entering the code in FAQ page but no solution at all @DeniGu
Some other lgs also not able to receive the delivery and since February i am waiting for my socks perk.

I too have a similar situation. Non delivery of the Socks (LGSOCKS01) perk since Feb. Infact I did reopen the request and had received the confirm that the new shipment would be sent, but even that is more than 2 months.
And since last week even the redemption code shows as invalid in FAQ section.
Hope you would be able to address this long awaited missing perk.

I tried to check from FAQ by entering my CODE, EMAIL & Postal code but after submitting it says "this offer is expired"

I got local guides socks in April 2021 and I redeemed them also but due to COVID it was not delivered to me in India…and I reached out so many moderators but I haven’t got any soln…could you please help me out…so that I feel motivated in contributing on Google maps.
