When I click on above link I got MSG as displayed in attached screenshot…I do not understand the meaning. Can anyone explain me ?

That error message appears when you try to access a page which has become “Spam” or a moderator has moved that to “Off-topic”.
Many a time we add a comment on a post. However, because of some non-conformity in that the actions as above happen. Through the link visible on our screen, we try accessing that & since we do not have rights to see such content, the website shows the warning message.
This means that the post has been archived, @Jitendra_pandya
When this happen, a Google Moderator will tag the author in the reply, to generate a notification that the author will receive on the email.
Is that one a post written by you? Please check your email to find the message from the Google Moderator.
This message also shows up if you are typing a reply to a post that while you were typing was merged with another thread.
I agree that the error messages on Connect seldom tell you what happened. I try not to read them and just try again
