It’s Oscar from Merida, Mexico. In my last post I wrote about the very best Pastor in Merida, but now it turns into my favorite topic son far: Hamburguers. Therefore, I finally tried the three major boosters within the burgercentric circles surrounded by these burger chains. So here is my Top 3:
**#1 Shake Shack (NYC).**Maybe its secret are the burgers delivered fresh daily, never frozen. You can taste the meat some rib and brisket. I’ve been in their NYC and LA spots and are always packed. Also, you have to try the cheese fries, they are awesome!!!
#2 Five Guys (DC). Hamburgers well served. They always let you know where the potatoes for their cut-in-house fries come from (and are fried in peanut oil) AND got President Obama’s stamp of approval in 2009. Someone said that the Five Guys experience is having a giant, sloppy, in-your-face, topped-to-the-max burger.
#3 In-N-Out (LA). The hamburger was just good. I just cannot the the cult-like and devout following with In-and-Out. The only rescuable is its secret menu not that WOW! But you can mixe up, add more lays to your.

Yo tengo que decir que me enamoré de Shake Shack en New York, quizá un poco mas de su pequeña sucursal en el Madison Square Park por las lineas de luces colgando desde los arboles y las mesas al aire libre mientras atardecía, jajaja. Las malteadas me mataron también.
Hace un par de años abrió la primera sucursal en CDMX justo a un lado del Angel de la Independencia y las lineas para poder comprar hamburguesas eran de 2 o 3 horas los primeros días, asi que esperé unas semanas para ir a probarlas. ¡Lamentablemente la experiencia no fue la misma ni por asomo!
Después probé unas hamburguesas en L.A. de un cadena llamada Islands y fueron una delicia, pero creo que ya no existe mas esa cadena. También he probado In-n-Out y no me parecieron sorprendentes aunque eran todo un hype en ese momento en L.A.
Hola @LightRich Definitivamente Shake shack es garantía de sabor, pero no sé por qué he recibido los mismo comentaros de la CDMX (hasta con el frappé de horchata!!). Hasta ahora tuve la oportunidad de probarlas en Londres, LA, Las Vegas y NY y cada lugar fue una maravilla.
Mis favoritas definitivamente son las Five Guys, podrían compararse con unas SS, pero las porciones son mayores y sus papas son el hit!
Aun me cuesta trabajo como mucha gente les da el hype con las In-n-Out y concuerdo contigo en este punto. Saludos!
