Not received local guide Google maps pin

Hi,

I received an email notification stating that I had been rewarded with a Google Maps Pin. After providing my address and details, I received tracking information indicating that the package arrived in India on May 25th. However, despite the package reaching India, it has not been delivered to me.

I reached out to Google customer care for help, but they were unable to assist. I kindly request your support in resolving this matter.

Hi,

I received an email notification stating that I had been rewarded with a Google Maps Pin. However, despite the package reaching India on 28th May, it has not been delivered to me. Almost 59 days over but I can’t receive my package. When I was connected to the Courier service they tell me contact to shipper or Contact to Nearest Customs.I reached Customs but they unable to trace my tracking Id. then reached Indian Post they tell me that this package is not handed over to Indian Post. I reached out to Google customer care for help, but they were unable to assist. how can I contact the shipper? any one please help me.

My parcel arrived after almost 6 months. I had given up all hope that he would be able to meet me. But later I found it.so Plz don’t worry bro

For me it doesn’t work, it says “It appears your order is still processing/getting ready for shipment. Please allow up to 6 weeks from your original order date.”

But it’s more than 6 weeks.
