Hello @user_not_found

You have locked your Maps profile. Unless you make that accessible to everyone, it wouldn’t be possible to know why did you lose points.

The points are reduced for the following reasons

  1. Deleting the Maps app history through the settings. This is your voluntary action and on that, there is no remedy. You have to restore the setting to retain the app history forever.

  2. Purging of reviews or photos when the AI determines that the content is objectionable.

The first indication of that is through the marking of these as private. Unless you act on that, the automation may delete those at a suitable later date. However, no one can evaluate that on a locked profile.
