Starting two days ago, I have been trying to add some reviews and all I get is a Thank you. I’m not getting any points with my reviews with pics. Anyone else having this issue. I tried to delete the post and redo but same thing. I’m not going to post anymore of I can’t get my points. I’m a level 8 testing to hit level 9. What is going on? Anyone know of a fix?

I can see many of reviews are posted and are visible publically from last one week including the one which is posted just 4 hours ago. You will surely get the points for your published reviews and photos. Just wait for the next update from Google. Your current points shows 29,898 for total 236 (185 public) reviews and 4,578 (3,389 public) photos. I am not sure whether this captures your recent posted reviews and/or photos points or not but here on you can keep close eyes on the numbers to track the changes.
With this, I also suggest you to move your post to How-tos from Achievement.
While replying to a specific LG, kindly type @UN which you will get in the drop down after typing @ slowly. This way you will get the prompt response as the relevant LG will get notified.

Before a week ago, the posts would tell me right after posting, how many points I received but now, it’s not giving me the points when I post. It just says, Thank you. I’m not confident that Google will give me the points as my points have stayed the same even with my last 3 posts. I have reached out to Google a couple times with no reply so apparently no one wants to help me. I don’t want to waste so much time with reviews if I’m not getting my points. I guess you are not understanding me, not sure what else to say.

To change the tag of this post to how tos.
- Please click on the 3 blue dots at the foot of the page of the post.
- Edit message
- Select How Tos board or the appropriate board.
- Save changes.
The next thing is I think @Kumaarsantosh tried to reply to your message but .you don’t seem to be satisfied with the reply.
. I suggest you please take a record of your points over a week before and after posting the reviews. Please make the observations and share here. We can see clearer and with proof if your points are not updating or not. Otherwise I think your points are updated as normal.
The last thing is I’ll like to inform you that I have merged both of your posts on this issue since its similar. That’s to keep the forum organised,thank you for your understanding.

Can someone just delete this post for me? Not sure if it is a lack of options on my phone but I don’t have options that people are telling me and I don’t use it on my computer.

The updates do take some time.
I would suggest you to keep on tracking your profile data for couple of days to have more clarity.

It’s not possible to delete a post on connect forum. Meanwhile why would you want to delete it? You can change the content of the main post and other replies of yours. You can’t change or delete what others have replied you except they also decide or you all agree to change them.
How is the points issue? That’s the main reason why you wrote the post to start with. Please kindly give us feedback on that.
