Not all fastfood chains are created equal

Maintaining and sustaining consistent quality standards in restaurant chains is a big problem for franchise owners. A good brand isn’t always a guarantee that customers will always be happy with the quality of the food or service. Sometimes the food or service is so unfortunately bad.

As a local guide, I make it a point to try all of the food offerings of restaurant chains and keep a watchful eye on low quality food and bad service.
