Try to refresh your web page, or check your internet connection (if possible, restart your modem or if you’re using
mobile phone restart the connection with turn on then off the airplane mode).
I’ve just uploaded some pictures and it’s working.

Just to be sure, would you be having issues uploading photos on Connect or Google Maps?
A screenshot of the screen when the possible situation would occur would come in really handy, as well.
