Not able to track my reward

Few weeks ago I received local guide mail on ‘Reward’ for being top contributor.

I completed the process for getting the reward and finally a link appeared for the reward dispatch tracking.

However, now when I am checking the entire mail history, I am unable to find any search result/trace of it.

How do I find my tracking of my reward?

Sorry ! Tracking numbers/details are provided for the shipment of these perks therefore you have nothing to worry about. That should be mentioned in the confirmation Email you have.Therefore kindly wait for the 6 weeks stipulated. Seeing you have successfully completed the process of claiming it: just relax and Kindly wait patiently for the arrival all things being equal.

Thank you for the revert. I have already waited more than 6 weeks.

My worry is not that I have not received the reward yet.

My worry is the tracking id shows no status update at all since 6weeks.

Further, on churning with delivery partner with the tracking id, they are unable to help/comment on the issue unless the originator of shipment (that is Google team) raises an issue to them.

Hope now my problem statement is clear.
