Not able to apply for google connect 2019

Dear Sir / Madam,

As i am level 6 google guide. But i am not able to access the log in button. Please guide me so that i can apply for google connect 2019.

I am not able to apply for #ConnectLive2019. As i open the page following the link received from google local guide, it asks for sign in to Google, i clicked the button many a time but it does not work. Please help.
