Cyprus is divided island due to political disagreement ,there is North cyprus and South cyprus ,South Cyprus happens to be internationally recognized ,while north cyprus is under embargo for reason beyond common senses.
i have been a student in north for 3yrs now,is a very peaceful,secure island thou only recognized by turkey ,this island and the Turkish Cypriot have struggles to build up their economy despite been the outcast as per UN ,but i thing i have enjoyed is there determination despite been forsaken by international community,they wake up every morning ready to face another day and build their economy,from scratch and now they are doing better and as years pass by ,one day this part island will be shine beyond all the its enemies imagination and make a mark in this world.
And its high time the world know more about it,what it have to offer and those who are for any humanity peaceful coexistence promote and let the Turkish republic of norther Cyprus be its own sovereign country.
Those who love to travel,try a visit to the north side enjoy every bit of it.
