The first thing on ones mind in a different country is… FOOD! Living in Ahmedabad, Gujurat in India has exactly this foodie challenge. Cows are deemed Holy which means n beef. Ahmedabad is also a ‘dry state’ which mens no alcohol. In comes BARBEQUE NATION, CROWNE PLAZA AND HYATT REGENCY! My three favorite eating locations! As a sushi lover I battled to find proper salmon sashimi and TG’s at Hyatt pleasantly surprise me! Crowne Plaza Essence buffet is for the FAMISHED food connoisseur! Bella’s is all about pizza and pasta! Then there is heaven on FOODIE earth, barbeque nation! Meat in bucket loads! Your own coal fired barbeque is placed in the centre f your table and in rolls the meat in large quantities until you SURRENDER!
