Bonjour a toute la communauté,

J’étais " local guide" avec une étoile à 5 branches avec 585 points
Je suis “rétrogradé” avec une étoile à 4 branches et …361 points
Je ne comprend pas la perte de 221 points, pourtant je n’ai rien fait de mal! J’aime bien GOOGLE, mais je suis déçu de cette anomalie; j’ai d’autres avis a publier, mais je m’abstient face à ce dysfonctionnement.
Si cela persiste je serai obligé d’utiliser d’autres supports ( Pages Jaunes, Tous Voisins, etc…), mais je préférai rester sur GOOGLE.
Si un membre de la communauté peut éclairer ma “lanterne”, je l’en remercie à l’avance.

Hi, @lambertalbert , I’m sorry to hear that, and thanks for reaching out. There are two main reasons to explain it.

  1. Please check your Google Activities. If you had enabled the 3 or 18-month deletions of your “answers to questions on Google Maps”, you’ll lose the point related to thiesw questions, once they are deleted. To prevent it, disable this option. You can access this article for more information.

  2. If some of your contributions, for any reason, do not adhere to the maps user contributed content policy they are marked as private, and it’ll also reflect on your points.

Un grand merci à AlexandreCampbell, Il est vrai que j’avais eu pas mal de points, en répondant à des questions précises, concernant les lieux et commerces que je fréquente.

Sans le savoir, mon activité GOOGLE était en suppression automatique et je ne savais pas que cette action effaçait aussi les points acquis.

J’ai donc modifié sur le bon conseil d’AlexandreCalbell, en désactivant la fonction automatique et en cochant la fonction “Suppression Manuelle”.

Encore une fois, MERCI, et bonne soirée à toutes et à tous.
