I saw that you added a big amount of photos in October. Are you talking about that photos?
If so, can you check on the App if the photos has been already approved by Google maps?
Regarding some photos uploaded by you in September, I can see the blue dot in Google Maps
Personally I think that the position of the photo should be adjusted, but in any case the photo is visible.
Can you please give some more detail?

yes, september seems to be ok, but october I can see only in my app…
