I heard that some local guiders got small gifts, and they are very proud of it, to be honest, it’s lucky to get a gift from google, because these small gifts are more encouraging, but I’m a local guider since 2021, it’s sad. I haven’t received a single gift from Google yet, but I don’t care, I am very happy as a local guide when my contribution benefits people.

First of all, I should point out that every review, comment, added photo and video on Google Maps is a completely voluntary transaction, that is, it is done without expecting anything in return, but Google can send gifts to local guides randomly selected to continue this excitement. As I said, sending gifts is a part of the process. There is no criterion, please, my friend, @KashifMisidia take care to write by paying attention to the rules, as the explorer said.

@akshayjanil , the best gift is that we can go around the world and find places we need, thanks to Google Maps and Local Guides who add and update information. Notifications about helping many people are rewarding by themselves.
You made me stop and think how long I’ve been a Local Guide… And it’s over 4 years. Though there were few possibilities to contribute in Ukraine for a year due to the hostilities and suspension of many Google Maps features (They are resumed now).
