I heard that some local guiders got small gifts, and they are very proud of it, to be honest, it’s lucky to get a gift from google, because these small gifts are more encouraging, but I’m a local guider since 2017, it’s sad. I haven’t received a single gift from Google yet, but I don’t care, I am very happy as a local guide when my contribution benefits people.

There are no patterns on a Local Guide is being a reward. It will depend on the area and availability. For now, make sure that you update your Local Guides profile and make sure the Rewards box is checked. Make sure as well to update the location to where you live in right now.
After that, just pay attention to any communications from Local Guides to your email box to see if a reward will be offered to you in the future.
