Hello, I received a Local Guides reward today and was asked to select a pin from two options. I selected the map Pin (option on the left). I was notified that the selection was successful and it would take 1 hour for me to receive the confirmation email and upto 6 weeks to actually receive the reward.
But I didn’t receive any confirmation email.
Please help.

I am also facing same problem. No confirmation email from your partner website.

I am not really sure what went wrong. But I can provide some more specifics. I got the email about me receiving a free reward on 3/15/2023 early morning PST. After that, I proceeded with the steps to select the reward of my choice and redeem it.
I was successful doing that and got to the confirmation window which stated that I will be receiving a confirmation email in 1 hour, but that never happened.
Can you please look into this?
